Privacy Policy
1. Core Privacy Philosophy
At MPUlogic™, we operate on the fundamental principle that privacy is an architectural invariant. Our service is designed from the silicon level up to minimize and eliminate the persistence of personal data.
We do not require user accounts, email addresses, phone numbers, identity credentials, or payment details. No identity records are ever created or retained.
2. Zero Personal Data Collection
When you launch or join a Public or Local share room on MPUlogic™, the following technical rules govern the session:
- No IP Address Logging: Network requests are processed ephemerally for packet routing and immediately purged from network buffers.
- No Account Databases: We do not operate user registration systems or persistent relational user databases.
- No Device Fingerprinting: We do not gather hardware serials, canvas fingerprints, battery metrics, or ambient identifiers.
3. MPU Ephemeral Processing
Our Message Processing Unit (MPU) architecture handles all group messages exclusively within volatile Random Access Memory (RAM). Messages transmitted in active share rooms are never committed to permanent storage disks.
4. 1-Hour Automatic Destruction
Every active share room is provisioned with a strict, non-extendable time-to-live (TTL) lifecycle capped at a maximum of 60 minutes (1 hour).
Upon expiration of the countdown timer or when a participant triggers the "Wipe Now" action, memory registers associated with the room are zero-filled and permanently destroyed.
6. GDPR, CCPA & Global Privacy Rights
Because we do not store, process, or retain identifiable personal data, traditional data access, rectification, or portability requests are inherently satisfied by our zero-retention architecture. No persistent records exist to retrieve or disclose.
7. Data Protection Inquiries
