2. Nature of Ephemeral Service
MPUlogic™ provides transient group message rooms operating on public and local network subnets with zero mandatory user registration. The service is intended solely for temporary, real-time collaboration.
All communications on this platform are inherently temporary. Messages automatically vanish when the room reaches its 1-hour expiration timestamp or is wiped by a participant.
3. Strictly Prohibited Use
Users are strictly forbidden from using MPUlogic™ to:
- Transmit malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or malicious payloads.
- Engage in illegal distribution of unauthorized copyrighted materials.
- Transmit unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt server infrastructure.
4. Data Volatility & No Backup
MPUlogic™ explicitly maintains no data backups, historical archives, or recovery mechanisms. Users acknowledge that under no circumstances can expired or deleted rooms be retrieved.
5. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. MPUlogic™ disclaims all liability for lost information, communication interruptions, or network transit anomalies.
6. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. Continued use following any posted revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
